Votive altar with double vents opening onto the Boddhisattva "Kahnon" standing on the blooming lotus, dressed in a monastic robe "Uttarasanga" and haloed with a finely chiselled mandorah of bubbling clouds. On his high bun, the Buddha Amitabha. The doors are painted on the inside with mitigating offering bearers.
Made of Hinoki wood (Japanese cypress) lacquered black and gold inside.
