Roger Bertemes is an artist trained at Johnny Friedlaender's printmaking studio in Paris. His work has been regularly rewarded and his works have been presented in international collections, such as the Museum of Modern Art in Venice, the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C., and the Museum of Modern Art in Dublin.
In addition, from 1947, he became a teacher and then a professor of art education. Fascinated by the transmission and pedagogy, he was very involved in the association "Art at School" in Luxembourg to promote the artistic awakening to the youngest who considered spontaneous and natural.
